The Boardroom
OUR BOARDROOM is located in the 200 year old wine Cave where the grapes from our town were originally pressed. Equipped with a boardroom table, indoor and outdoor break out areas, a large 80” monitor, wifi (of course) and plenty of space.
Every morning your team will be greeted with a continental breakfast and refreshments throughout the day.
The Courtyard
THE COURTYARD offers outdoor meeting space and dining for up to 20 people.
Catered lunches, dinners and local wine tasting is available upon request.
There are also several restaurants and bars within walking distance that we would love to recommend for group dinners.
Accommodation
On site we have 5 ensuite queen rooms with 2 additional rooms (one queen, one twin) sharing a large bathroom. Additional ensuite rooms are available at two neighbouring properties within a 5 minute walk.
Roujan
Our village is over 2000 years old built in rings starting with the Romans, expanding in the Middle Ages and today offering all modern amenities.
The 2 closest airports are Montpellier and Bézier Cap d’Agde. Both offer regular flights from Paris and London. There are also two very relaxing and convenient train options arriving into Bézier or Agde from Paris, Cannes, Montpellier, Barcelona and Toulouse.
Car rentals are easily available, but if needed we can arrange for transport.
In addition to the space we can help you with - airport/gare transports, catering, entertainment and reservations at any of our wonderful local restaurants.
